My name is Caroline Pendola, I am the owner, pastry chef & artist of Caroline's Creations, serving the Fresno area since 2003.I am an Artist First & Pastry Chef Second. This makes it easy for me to turn edible creations in to Artwork.I attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA where I obtained my Baking and Pastry Certification. I worked at Bakeries, Restaurants and Large Event Catering companies in the Bay area before returning to the central valley in 2003 where I have worked at local bakeries while also promoting my own business through word of mouth.
