The fashion industry has not seen the success and celebrity of a "supermodel" since these girls in the mid 90's. Having a model become a household name is what is currently lacking in the industry in general. Creating the â€œsupermodelâ€ image is what will put models back on the cover of the major fashion magazines and drive up demand with clients. FRONT MANAGEMENT intends to bring back the "supermodel" by thinking out of the box and being assertive. Two ways we accomplish this are by issuing press releases to update the media on major bookings and happenings of the company, and booking talent for red carpet events in the major markets. With this type of exposure and building the image of our particular superstar girls, we will slowly create the "supermodel" status that once was.

A necessity at FRONT MANAGEMENT is to nurture the relationships between the agency and its talent. By keeping our talent comfortable and confident in FRONT MANAGEMENT's abilities, we have a loyal following of some of the top models in the industry.
