I am a Personal Trainer as well as a BODYPUMP instructor, I also teach cycling. I work at a large Fitness and Wellness facility in West Chester. I am also Married and I have two children a son who is 16 and a daughter who is 10. When I am not at work, I spend the rest of my time between coaching my daughters cheerleading squad, leading her Girl Scout Troop, and helping to design the yearbook for her school, and if that is not enough I also am trying to stay clam while teaching my 16 year old how to drive.
