About Me

I'm old.... happily married to my Lobster..... have two great kids..... I used to smoke (for 25 YEARS!!!!) but I don't any more..... I play guitar and bass and I have a drum machine that I 'sorta' play... I write my own music..... please feel free to listen to my music (below - in the "Scott's Interests --General" secion - just click on a title to play that song) I taught my son to play guitar - he picked it up VERY quickly - we jam on KISS and Judas Priest tunes!

My Interests

My Music; Other people's music (my cousin John's SOLO stuff is outstanding!); Apple Computers; the NY Giants

I'd like to meet:

My Maker..... I have some questions.....and Ace Frehley...... I have some other questions (that my maker may not be able to answer)Now, please, watch Ace in his new Dunkin' Donuts Commercial:

Music:

KISS, Scott Christopher, Hooligan (vintage stuff with original Bassist), John Warchol, White Stripes, Raconteurs, Rob Zombie (older stuff), Judas Priest, Joan Jett, Brian Setzer (either with the Stray Cats or the Orchestra - NOT the country crap!), Wolfmother, Arctic Monkeys

Movies:

The Exorcist; A Nightmare on Elm Street (Parts 1 and 3); the Shining; Tommy Boy; The Godfather I; The Godfather II; The Godfather III; Goodfellas; Pulp Fiction; ALL the ROCKY movies - YES, ALL of them - including the new one, "Rocky Balboa" - I saw it and it was GREAT!!!!! And I bought it when it arrived on DVD - But SONY puts ARccOS protection on their DVDs so I couldn't condense it for my iPod.... BASTARDS! Well, I'm "working" with SONY on a solution, so I'll refrain from the name-calling (for now); The Lords of Flatbush; American History X; Reanimator; Star Wars (Parts 4, 5 and 6); Tommy (the Who); the Wall (Pink Floyd);

Television:

Deadwood, Gene Simmons' Family Jewels, The Office, My Name is Earl; Cops

Books:

Anything written by David Pogue, Suffer the Flesh (Monica J. O'Rourke), Poisoning Eros (Monica J. O'Rourke with Wrath), AUDIOBOOKS on iTunes - sure beats reading!!!!! OH, and the BEST book ever written: Stuart Little

Heroes:

I really don't have any heroes, but I admire: Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore, Bob Metcalf, Johnathan Ives, Steve Jobs...........and speaking of Mr. Jobs, check out this highlight reel from All Things Digital 5 (nothing short of history in the making!):And here's another GREAT compilation spanning almost a quarter of a century:
