This fundraiser was inspired by the leaving of Blaklava drummer Kevin Smith, who will go to Ethiopia on 31st January 2009 to be a volunteer teacher with VSO for 1 year. The motivation behind the music of this CD was to raise money for VSO, and to enable them to continue their invaluable work in poor countries across the world.
