About Me

I'm a pretty simplistic person. I'm all about my husband and kids. I'm married to the most wonderful man in the world, and we have two adorable children, Ryan and Rachel. I have learned so much from all three of them. We also have a couple dogs that used to get a lot more attention than they do now. I love getting together with family, going to Buddhism teachings, watching tv, playing with the kids and watching them learn and discover the world. a

My Interests

Music:

I love music. I have talented people in my family, but I couldn't sing on key to save my life! Once while singing with the radio, I was asked who it was that was singing. When I answered, I was asked if we could keep it that way.

I love all types of music - literally! Anything from a good polka, ska, pop, alternative, jazz, punk, rap, parady, country... and especially kids music!b

Movies:

I haven't been to the theater in ages! Lately, the only movies we've watched are kid-friendly or reasonably kid-friendly. My husband claims that the only movie I watched as a child is "The Neverending Story" and says Ryan won't have the same experience.I love the good cry of a chick flick, to be scared by a thriller, awed by a drama, roll with laughter from a comedy.

Television:

Now that its almost summer, I'll have time to catch up on everything we've taped!

Books:

I'm not a big reader... for myself anyway. I love reading to the kids. "Where the Wild Things Are" and "Pooh and Tigger Too" are two books in rotation right now.

All know the Way, but few actually walk it.
