Formed in March '03, the New Husseins have been belting out their own sweaty, testosterone fueled brand of punk rock ever since.

The boys are all veterans of Perth's punk scene, having been in bands such as Chickenshit, MUTT, the Fucken Bastards, Runt and Zombie Porn.

The New Husseins were formed when the boys were chatting over a few pints at the Hyde Park Hotel. Someone had to save punk rock from the hairdressers. Well, most of the boys have no use for a hairdresser, but they surely do like the punk rock. A couple of them have purrty mouths too...

The New Husseins. More Regurgitation than Regurgitator, more finger than Powderfinger, less butt than the John Butler Trio and less stroking than the Strokes.
