About Me

I'm a fairly laid back person that can see the humor in most things in life(believe me, your sanity stays intact MUCH longer...no matter what anyone else thinks)I grew up military until I was 12 and moved to alabama(the shock of moving from oakland to alabama DID warp me a bit) and after 18 years I STILL haven't gotten used to the weather...I DO have three beautiful children from a previous marriage(a word to the young, DON"T MARRY YET! you won't LISTEN I know, the equipment you're thinking with has no ears, but at least I tried)I've always dreamed of finding someone that has the strength of character to work things out, even in the bad times, and the REAL ability to laugh at herself instead of just everyone else. Someone with a heart to place others first, yet the wisdom to know when not to. And most of all, someone that doesn't expect PERFECTION, but treasures perfect love. I've met someone that has restored my faith that the 'dream' is worth fighting for, simply because she's there, always with me, fighting, loving, supporting or leaning, she's always there by my side, no matter how big or small the obstacle. I may have helped restoring her peace, but she's restored my faith.

marial arts, books, people. sci-fi fantasy stuff. like to learn about almost everything /shrug. I like to cook(pasta's are my favorites)

ALL kinds, though R&B is my favorite. well, I DON'T like the very early rap(NO rythym) or some of the 'screaming bands'. can't think of a name but you know the ones I'm talking about. nothing but AHHHHHHH! with more AHHHHHH! is that ME or the singer? :)

once again all kinds. humor, sci fi, fantasy, action. romance? ok so some I like, but ladies...Titanic is something you can only watch ONCE! dirty dancing? cool. cruel intentions? great, Titanic? ONCE PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF! hehe

Television:

nope. don't watch it. after my divorce I had cable for 8 months, realized the tv had been on only when my kids visited and canceled it. I might catch House once in awhile but other than that /shrug. Which X-Men Character Are You??
