DREAMCATCHER

In November 2001 J.C. Tassin (former Devilstone guitarist) and Chris Garrel (former Dreadline singer) decided to unite forces to create the basis for what would become, several years later, Dreamcatcher.
The two musicians share the same passion for heavy metal as played by Iced Earth and Iron Maiden. Quite naturally they followed this same musical direction for their new project, with the will to create aggressive but melodic music. They spent the following three years creating their own musical identity as a band. They took care to work hard on the arrangements, sound and recording techniques.
During the year 2005, Dreamcatcher, with a little help from their friends Aurélien Ouzoulias (Zuul FX drummer), Jérome Lhôtellier on bass and Gérald "GG" Le Huec (Primitiv' Act guitarist) and Sébastien Allier (Leurre guitarist) on guitars, paid a few visits to James Bantos Hangar 95 studio in Pontoise to record the songs of their debut EP eventually released in Spring 2006.
2006 is stood out by the arrival of Carlos Gonzalez on guitar, Josselin Beguier on drums and Nicolas Giron on bass. The band hits the stage and plays its first gigs in the course of the last quarter (Rouen : Le Bateau Ivre - Paris : Le Café Gambetta, Le Klub, l’Espace B - Londres : Ruskin Arms).
Nowdays the band is looking for wrtting new songs.
