Ships Funken are four guys from Munich, trying to create a sound that is based on the music, that they prefer to listen to. That concretely means a fusion of Postrock, Posthardcore, Indie and Jazz elements. Their songs are often shy and introverted, but on the other hand claiming and noisy.
Bands that inspire them with awe are The Van Pelt, Seidenmatt, The Black Heart Procession and many more.
