About Me

retro layout @ HOT FreeLayouts.comBringing the Drama. Small town boy, big time dreams..i don't want to hear claps, i want to hear screams...it's that simple.''First things first guys n girls, I don't embrace alot of english music, or indie student rock. I am a fan of the well produced arena rock and decent melodies, including nice simple ballads, big sounds, great vocal harmonies.. big energy and emotion. It's system of a down to timberland, i love oasis, guns n roses bon jovi, jacko..you get the picture.. I like it good, stand out, and catchy... with character.Charismatic and Charming Manchester Performer, Chris 'Rules' Hughes has an energy, passion, and edge that makes him stand out... not least for having a talent and enthusiasm for Performance with a good variety of shows done over the years [including shows with Oldham Theatre Workshop]. Hughes has three Performing Arts Diploma’s, and a B.A. Honors [ Drama] Degree along the way to back it up, and now with Music, combines wit with Poetic Northern charm, and quiet simply….Strong Catchy Hooks and Melodies.''I'm a geezer, be it a lanky, but good looking and fun geezer. I write good tunes, some nice ones too, songs you can sing and remember right away. I have more Hooks than a pirate, and I give it sum. I have learned that talk is cheap mind, and I enjoy singing, be it my own stuff, or at wedding gigs, nobody is above anything and you are only as good as your last performance.''In short, I'm an easy going but pretty daft but say what I say 23 year old Performer at the end of my 7th year of Drama, and the beggining of more moments which started out at The Oldham College, and finished in education on the 3rd year BA Hons at Huddersfield University. '' I just wana rock millions- for my family, get my mother out of work and give something back. Don't take yerself seriously, take what you do seriously...to an extent, alway's enjoy it''Special Thanks to everyone I have worked with in leading to this,or whatever will come of this, my freinds and tutors at The Oldham Colllege..[ Joan Illingworth, Keith Washington, Cath Longden, Charlotte Tidlesley, Tony Dalnas Texas,Emma Jenkins, Nick Middleton, Mike Watkins.
