My friends and I bought a time share and would like to offer a superb place for you and your family and friends. It's only 10-15minute safe walking distance to downtown where all the clubs, restaurants, and major shopping area are. It is one of the newer buildings which is still under construction but soon to be completely finished before the end of the year.
