Hi, I am Dave. I'm a writer by the day and an 'aspirant' DJ by night -- which roughly translates to -- I yawn a lot because I hardly sleep. I write copies for websites, print and TV ads and other ghost writing assignments that keep me fed. You might have read or seen them by chance. My life is kinda like a superhero in comic books because I lead a dual life. I really love it because Batman is my favorite comic book character.
I grew up in St. Louis and went to in Vashon High. It was a bit far from my folks place but it was also too near for a school bus. So it became a perfect excuse to use my skateboard where ever. I don’t really know whether it’s me or skateboarding that was accident prone but I left it when I went to college.
I love Boston because it's a bit laid back, not like New York. It suits my personality because I’m a bit lazy and unplanned type. Besides, I love the historic places and the Boston accent! Almost every morning I'm late for the office, I wake up late and cannot catch the usual train or bus, I had to choose the more expensive cab. I hate to admit this but I have to lint-roll my pants in the back seat. In the evening, I hit the hottest night spots without a miss.
