What does Love Las Muertas stand for? In the Mexican town of Ciudad Juárez, the feminicidios ("femicides") or las muertas de Juárez ("The dead women of Juárez"), involve the violent death of almost 500 women. After 14 years, a majority of the crimes are unsolved, and they have left families and friends devastated. These crimes go far beyond simple murders. This atrocity must stop, and I will continue to dedicate my time to educate people about it until it ends. Want to know more? Visit Mujeres de Juarez to get educated. These women deserve more.
