About Me

I play keys and sing in a band called SHIROCK... we just finished recording our EP, which will be out in a few weeks, and our full record, which will come out some time this summer! We had a really fun, though intense, time writing and recording this past year, but I'm really excited to be touring again. I love being on the road... driving to new towns, meeting new people, knitting in the van, experiencing our songs in new ways every time I perform, interacting with fans, sleeping in kathy's basement, etc.
I also co-design a clothing line, IROCK Clothing, with Chuck (lead vocalist in SHIROCK). It was started as better band merchandise, clothes we actually loved and would wear, and has become a lot more, and veered off in its own direction a bit. Regardless, it's a lot of fun to design for, and is a great opportunity to be creative in a totally different way than with music. So you should check it out... www.IROCKclothing.com
Also, starting up a non-profit organization that I'm really excited about called EVERYTHING BURNS. It's based on the philosophy of living for things that matter, like people and relationships.
