First , Paulo meets Mr Chris Peck, www.myspace.com/chrispeck , at Stern Grove festival when Os Mutantes were playing and excited about the brazilian fusion started to exchange some ideas about music . But Nothing would happen without a drummer . The Legit Brazilian Swing came with Freba , that joined the group after meeting Paulo in a Gig where he was Playing with another brazilian performer in the Bay , Dandara, www.myspace.com/pragandaia. These guys then needed a solid bass player to tight their foundation. Brian Wilkerson , from Vile Conundrum , Paulo's former metal band, was invited to add his Funky Bass lines to the band. Rafa Prates came on to bring the sound of the Brazilian acoustic guitar that characterizes the rythm of suave samba and Roberto Rios brought the Latin Roots of his percussion to the Plate !
