Hometown Living Magazine is a Michigan publication that was established to provide Small Business Owners with a vehicle to market their business and non-profit organizations within their “Hometown.â€Hometown Living attempts to give the Small Business Owner a platform to highlight their business in both a professional and affordable medium. The magazine is broken up into smaller circulation groups (zones) of about 30k each. This small circulation allows the magazine to tie into the local community and therefore makes it more viable to the end user. In addition, the magazine is of a high graphic quality, with glossy print pages that do justice to more elaborate graphics and photography. The key point of differentiation is the ability for local companies to add articles about their business or offering thereby further connecting them on a personal level to the local citizens. There are also articles of community interest and the ability for the local government, schools or community interest groups to utilize space in the magazine to promote local events for either no or a minimal fee.Hometown Living Magazine was started in January of 2005.
