I am 21 years old and reside in the beautiful Cayman Islands. Grand Cayman to be exact! And have been singing since the age of 4 in my church choir. When I was in High School and with the encouragement of a local on air personality, I started taking my talent seriously and decided that I would take it to the next level by writing my own songs and recording locally. Aside from singing in church since childhood, I have been fortunate to perform infront of local audiences by participating in the Cayman Islands National Children’s Festival of the Arts, Miss Teen Cayman Islands, Focus Youth Talent Competition and The Xposure Talent competition as well as other functions. Locally I was one of the openers for Sean Paul in 2002 and was also texted on by the public to be one of the 8 finalists from the Xposure Talent Competition to open for Morgan Heritage in December 2006. I take my singing very seriously and have enjoyed performing from the day I began. Every time I perform and people that I don’t know come up to me and say “You did so good!” or “You were great!!” It makes me feel like I accomplished what I went there to do and that’s what singing is all about for me. Putting on a show and trusting that you will receive maximum enjoyment from it.I entered this business because I love it, singing is my life and I'm still just at the beggining of this road. I know that its going to be a long hard drive but I'm willing to work hard to achieve everything that I want accomplished in my life. I say this, if you have a goal or a dream that you want to achieve in your life, TRUST in GOD and everything is possible only through him.Make sure that in life you do something positive, something that you can honestly be proud of no matter how big or how small. Life is all about choices. And guess what? No matter how good you are at something people will always have something negative to say, do what you do to please yourself because pleasing yourself makes YOU happy.Nuff Love, Kimberley
