Things lately have been changing for me. It is amaizing how one day you feel like you are at the bottom of an ever lasting pit, slowly filling with water from your own tears. Then it is like you blink and you are on high ground, dry and safe. With these changes, I have realized a lot about myself (1)I cannot do it alone (2)I cannot count on other people to do it for me (3)Sometimes, things are going to happen regardless of how hard you pull at the reins to stop it (4)Lack of confidence in myself is only letting the Devil keep his foot in the door.
With that being said, there will probably be a lot more changes going on in the world around me. I will be kicking a lot of habits that are not only bad for my body, but for my heart and soul as well.
Now, here is the stuff that doesn't change...
Lets see...I'm 24 and live in Cincinnati. I have quite a few goals to accomplish before I die (one of which is to get out of the 'Nati). I set very high standards for myself and strive to be the best at anything I set my mind to. I try to take care of my body as much as possible. I work out, run, eat healthy, and stay away from alcohol... not always easy!
I love to cook almost as much as I love eating! I typically try to cook for someone else and not just myself.
I try to do right by not only myself, but others as well. I try to live the life that I can be proud of and try not to take too much for granted. I love to make people smile and laugh (which can be difficult because I tend to be shy). People always say they want to be rich and famous...I want to be significant. I want to make an impact on peoples' lives. I want people to remember me not only for money, fame, or power, but for who I was as a person. A good person. A caring person. I want people to know me not for the companies I run, the people I date, or the cars I drive, but because I had a positive impact on that many peoples' lives.
I have had an unfortunate spell with guys lately, so I'm not lookin for anything. I want to be single and get me straight before bringing in someone else. I also must throw out there that I'm not looking for a "hook up" either. I like sex, but I'm not trash.
