Frontline AV has over 15 years experience in designing and delivering creative community projects and commercial productions in media & arts. Frontline specialize in the design and delivery of participatory media & arts projects & events to young people, working in diverse settings from theatre to the streets.As a company, we are versatile, creative and responsive to the particular needs of the different groups and organizations we work with. We aim to be pro-active in providing our clients with imaginative and creative solutions to their needs and have a reputation for going the extra distance. Hence, Frontline AV works with a large number of regular and returning clients. Within our community work, we aim is to continually develop creative opportunities for young people in the region, and engage them in activities where they can discover new skills and their own potential. Frontline AV is also committed to contributing to the sustainable growth of creative industries of Coventry and the wider region through commercial media and arts production. Our ethos and policy is to strive at all times to be inclusive, and our projects often target young people perceived as €˜challenging€™.Our approach is to be innovative & imaginative, and facilitate young peoples' visions and ambitions by supporting them with, and transferring our professional skills to them.Frontline AV endeavours to be part of developing a creative culture in Coventry which can be imaginative, inclusive, and which can provide increasing opportunities for young people to be involved in the cultural life of the city. One of our main strengths is in our core full time staff & the extensive network of filmmakers, artists, musicians and practitioners we have developed within the region. This means we can access high quality practitioners for a diverse range of projects - DJ'ing & music production, filmmaking & film post-production, MC'ing and lyric writing, photography, digital design, and urban dance.Frontline AV also operates on strategic level within the region, developing and working in partnership with a number of national and regional bodies. All our staff & sessional workers are experienced not only in their own specialisms, but also in working with young people. All freelance staff has successfully undertaken a CRB police check.
