MINKENATION has not performed or recorded with anyone famous, so you are not going to find a name-dropping list here. He has never met Prince or performed with anyone from his entourage. He has, however, been composing and performing music for a long time and is good at it.MINKENATION is currently performing with Good for Gary, a rock and hip-hop cover band. The band plays weekly in the Twin Cities area. MINKENATION also performs with Prince Paul and the Conscious Party, a reggae band based in Duluth, MN. MINKENATION is a composer, performer, and recording engineer. Alto saxophone and pro tools are the weapons of choice, but he is also fluent in guitar, piano, bass guitar, drum machines, and other saxophones. After performing with popular Duluth r&b/soul bands Crazy Betty and Soul Prophets, MINKENATION studied jazz and saxophone with Dr. Greg Kehl Moore at the University of Wisconsin. This recording also features Luke Perry on drums, Danny Cosgrove on bass, Russ King on piano, and MINKENATION on guitar.
