Apalmerabananera é uma banda de grindcore de peso e velocidade formada em meados de 2002 na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, com influências de bandas como Slayer, Napalm Death, Real Reggae, RDP, Regurgitate e Cachaça. Com letras que falam do cotidiano, da forma que o modismo afeta as pessoas, e as bizarrices do mundo de uma forma irônica e agressiva, a banda tem dois CD’s demo lançados independentemente, “Return of the drunk deads†(2003) e “Ela saiu correndo...†(2004 ) e já dividiu palco com as bandas: Chibuku(Alemanha), Nouvelle Gaia(Chile), Confronto(RJ), Uzômi(RJ), NO Rest(RS), Pavilhão 9(SP) e Merda(ES),(...).********************************************
