Die By Me

Die by me are a 5 piece band from surrey england, they spent a long time going through a few line up changes till they have finally settled on a solid five piece. Founding member Dave lagden choose a new path of music and we parted as friends, we wish him the best of luck with his new bands. Die by me are an incredibly heavy metal band fusing the intense feeling of thrash metal, combining it with the crushing brutalness of heavy metal to create a sound that is as epic as it is relentless. The guitars are brutal, the drums are crushing and the vocals finish off the sound with an unrelenting cry of anger that is delivered impecably by their frontman. Starting off life as RAN(japanese for chaos) DBM were always trying to find there sound, the went through various line-up changes including 3 singers and a few bassists, before settling on the previous set-up(White,Tween,Godfrey,Lagden,Latimer). They then had another change when they asked Ian Latimer to leave, this bought in the need to replace yet again another member. Rich asked the band about a guitarist that they all knew and they agreed, this is how Rob walker came to be the other guitarist in the band. Then the quest for a bassist was taken up again, but not for long, Ian latimer had shown new hope to the band and was asked to rejoin the band. So after numerous lineup changes they are now an official 5 piece band and will be giggin soon.
