About Me

My name is Therese. I recently graduated from UCSB with a degree in biological anthropology and Spanish language, and moved back down to OC. This past year has been truly amazing for me and I feel lucky to have been able to experience everything that I have. I lived in Spain for 4 months before finally finishing up college. Now I am engaged to the love of my life and we just had a baby girl in October. She means the world to me. As far as future plans, I still haven't gotten it quite figured out yet, but I predict some type of graduate studies in the not to distant future. I dont eat animals, and if you are truly interested you can ask me why, but dont ask if you are just going to argue with me about why people "need" meat, because it is bull. And I dont have time for bull. I love my friends and my family very much. I am from Orange County, and I recently figured out that I actually like it here. I like tattoos and piercings, much to the dismay of my parents. Dont ask me what they mean or why I got them unless you are already a good friend, in which case I would be happy to tell you. Some of my favorite things include: Adventures with Nona and/or Danielle, surfing (and eating gummi coke bottles after), snowboarding and staying in my fiance's cabin, SCUBA diving in Hawaii, and travelling around Europe. I am also fascinated by foreign languages and hope to pick up a few more along the way.Facebook me!

My Interests

I am interested in foreign languages and foreign countries. Foreign things in general, I think. I love animals, and hope to have a bunch one day... when I have the time and money. I surf, snowboard, and SCUBA. I used to dance a lot (ballet, jazz, lyrical, etc.) but once I started working full time and going to college I just didn't have the time. I am studying biological anthropology and Spanish literature. I love meeting new people, especially if they are very different from me, but I love my fiance because we are so similar. I have big ideas, and high ambitions. I can't wait to see where this world will take me.

I'd like to meet:

I've met some people along the way, some of them split some of them stay, some of them walk, some walk on by, I've got a few friends I'll love till I die. From all of these people I try to learn, some of them shine some of them burn, some of them rise some of them fall, for good or bad I've known them all.~Bouncing Souls~I ONLY ADD PEOPLE I KNOW, BANDS I SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATIONS I BELIEVE IN. THIS MEANS "REAL-LIFE" FRIENDS, BANDS I ACTUALLY LISTEN TO, AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT STAND FOR WHAT I BELIEVE IN (animal rights groups, vegan/vegetarian groups, etc.) I DONT "COLLECT" ONLINE FRIENDS AND HAVING A THOUSAND PEOPLE ON YOUR FRIENDS LIST THAT YOU DONT KNOW DOESNÂ´T MAKE YOU COOL. SORRY.
