MYLES VINCENT

Morality, like art, means drawing a line someplace

About Me

Myles Vincent mess pop and post-punk, creating sounds that stay with you long after seeing them live. Myles Vincent is Michael Paolino’s love child, giving old school crooner an edge as the band’s front man. Myles Vincent channels the best of Interpol and the Smiths, with The Killers’ pop sensibility. Add Alastair Macillivray’s violin, and the band takes on an ambience similar to Arcade Fire. Formerly gigging as ‘The Professionals’, Myles Vincent’s history reflects their engaging live performances. Myles Vincent is a regular feature on the WA band circuit, attracting local radio attention. The band just launched their first EP 'Bird of Paradise' which is available at Perth record stores, 78's, Mills and Dada.

Nostaligic for a roll in the grass

Goodnight 28th Jan

Breakfast in Hell

Myles Harris had eyes in the back of his head. Not only could he see where he was going, but where he had been. He had his backpack and later a stethoscope with which he travelled the world; he didn...
