My name is Rob Wasson. I have just turned 50 years of age on June 19th of this year and live in a great house in Sultan Washington. My wife Kate and I love the quiet of having our back yard right up against the Sultan High School baseball fields. To the west of us is the High School football field too. The only time we hear anything out back is when we hear the band rehearsing or the football or baseball game going on during the early evenings of spring or Friday nights in the fall. I am 6-4 and a big guy around 300lbs. Did I mention that I love music and have my own recording studio in my home. I love to work and create. I write my own songs from time to time.
I also love playing bass guitar and play often live in clubs or on recording projects for different musicians I have met in the Northwest. I like playing live cause of the interaction with people in the club or arena.
My wife Kate are very involved in our church and belong to the Vineyard Community Church in Mt. Vernon where my very good friend Randy Butler is the pastor.
More about me, I have a day job working as a consultant for Builders Hardware & Supply Inc. It is a good job but if you were to ask me it pays the bills but not much more. I really would love to be full time as a musician but that is a difficult nut to crack. I supliment my income doing recording, playing bass guitar live in bands and once in a while on a record.
