THE END IS NEAR!!! THE END has toured the Midwest, opened for several National acts, & recorded two albums entitled "But" & "Wake Up". Along with originals, THE END covers bands including Tool, A Perfect Circle, Chevelle, Green Day, Abba, Billy Idol, Finger 11, Velvet Revolver, Disturbed, The Killers, Saliva, The Strokes, 3 Days Grace, Foo Fighters, Trapt, Staind, Jet, Alice in Chains, Rage Against the Machine, Helmet, Gary Wright, ELO, Led Zeppelin & Black Sabbath. What Makes us different...We are not your average bar band. We have been turned down by every record label...twice!!! It is all about who you know...believe that. Through touring and playing some huge gigs, we know how to put on a show. Even though we are no longer actively seeking a record deal, we still put on the type of show that any band in New York or LA would put on in a Showcase. About the Band:We formed in 1989...the current lineup has been in place since 1994. We toured the Midwest...we called it the Hypothermia Tour. It was bitter cold. We have played some pretty cool shows/set attendance records in clubs and outdoor events; helped form Twister Aid, a benefit for the tornado victims in Perkins, Ohio back in 1992(around 2,500 people were there to see us play that day) and played in front of 6,000+ at Bike Week. Our songs have been in regular rotation on 102.7 WCPZ, Sandusky, and 99.7 The Blitz, Columbus. Come see for yourself...you will not be [email protected]
