About Me

Hello there, I am Adam Eason; therapist, author, broadcaster, consultant and speaker in the fields of hypnosis and personal development. I am also a marathon runner (Running London marathon again this year), traveller, continual student and surfer who lives overlooking the sea in sunny Bournemouth on the south coast of England.I am not the well-honed, refined, vision of perfection, personal development guru as many of my professional peers. I get over excited by my work, I stutter at times, I often swear, I bare my soul too easily, I am often dogmatic and far too self-righteous, I take very little seriously, I drink tea when recording my audio programmes, my hands go crazy when I speak and I am easily led astray in many ways...STOP and read this: If you like my blogs here and want much more, please visit www.adam-eason.com now and join the thousands across the world get my free weekly ezine Adam Up.
Go get Adam Up because every week it is packed with tips, techniques, strategies and resources from the fields of hypnosis, self-hypnosis and personal development so that you'll learn how to use your brain to its full potential. I know you will love it. You also get lots of free hypnotic goodies when you register to receive it, so go for it! There's only one way of life.... and that's your own....

My Profile Rules
My Profile Netiquette:
Ok, ok, not wanting to be too much of a stick in the mud... Some considerations while you are here:
- I love to get Add requests from anyone.
- I dare you to be more creative than"thanks for the add" when writing comments.
- If your comments are just a plug for your website or your music, I delete them.
- If your comments are those copied and pasted things telling me about miracle pills, ringtones or 'hilarious' chain letters/e-cards, I delete them.
- I am soooo fed up with deleting those messages that people copy and paste into the comments section here, like that one that starts "Holy shit dawg... I got this new ringtone..." or the other one "Girls are just plain lying when they say size doesn't matter..." Please, please, just don't bother with those here.
Thanks.
-I love comments that are thoughtful and personal.
-I love to hear from people who have genuine interest of any kind in any aspect of my work.
- Please get in touch if I can be of assistance in any way... Or if you just want to share some sunshine or smiles with me here. I always respond as quickly, personally and as honestly as I can to everyone.

Hands In The Air Time
Try very hard not to put your hands in the air when you play this, especially that bit half way when all us old school 'cheesy quavers' like to blow our whistles :
