About Me

OK, A little something about myself... It's weird, you try writing something like this and it starts to feel somewhat like a test, Like you're back in high school and it's an essay question. Like there could be a right or wrong answer. So here's the bullet points. The best thing that I ever did: My two kids. Hands down they are the absolute, most wonderful creations ever. I'm really not biased either. The worst thing I ever did: Crap, it's like this kaleidoscope of pick and choose that runs through my mind. I can't answer this question, on the grounds that I will absolutely incriminate myself. The one that would send me to jail: That would be the haiku I spray painted on the police car. The weirdest thing that's happened to me: I can see ghosts. The one thing I want most: Passion. I know I'm leaving out a lot, but I kind of like the idea that I'm shrouded in mystery...

My Interests

I want to catch lightening bugs in a jelly jar, take a road trip across the US in an old red pick up truck, canoe on Loch Ness, write the next great american novel, walk the great wall of China and see the northern lights

I'd like to meet:

My new Stalkee...I'd like to meet somebody who speaks fluent pig latin, You know, someone with some culture. Ron Jeremy. Somebody who has chopped firewood at sometime in their life, It's a vanishing art people. Hunter S. Thompson(but since he's dead it might be messy). Someone who's willing to debate the merits of whoppers or red vines as the perfect movie candy, And will share. Matthew McConaughey. Someone who's tested a tazor on themself, I realize you might be a redneck if you answer to this. I will not hold it against you. A Benevolent Alien. Somebody who owns a copy of the Kama Sutra in braille, I'd like to compare notes. Someone who’s spoken out at a wedding with a reason the bride and groom should not marry, I want to know if they ended it or kicked you out. Anyone who has ever danced the macarena in a biker bar, And lived to tell about it. Is it wrong that these guys do it for me?

Music:

I decided today that what I really need to be complete is my own soundtrack. Now I don’t know if it’s audible to others but at least I’d be listening to it when: I'm feeling nostalgic...Old Apartment by the Bare Naked Ladies. I feel carnal...Nothing by A. Gavin is totally and completely freaking me out…Pompeii by E.S. Posthumas. Garik is running around like a chicken with his head cut off…Forever young by Rod Stewart. Tom is making me bite through my tongue…Cumbersome by SevenMaryThree. Tom is making me laugh…I am your waiter by David Baerwald. When I ache...Falls Apart by Hurt. When I’m missing Him…With or without you by U2. When I’m dancing around the living room…Faint by Linkin Park. When I’m flirting inappropriately…9 Crimes by Damien Rice. When I’m watching my kids sleep…Simple Man by Shinedown. When I’m driving around alone…Shadow of the Sun by Audioslave. When I’m wondering if I’m doing the right thing…It’ll all work out by Tom Petty. When I'm feeling political...Camilo by State Radio I also love Greenwheel, Driveby Truckers, Nickleback, The Frames, the Badlees. Music is the lifeblood. It started with our mothers heartbeat and it’ll carry all of us through.

Movies:

eveything except really gory horror(sorry Brad!)and porn (it makes me laugh uncontrollably, which judging by the reactions i've gotten isn't right. what they need to make is serious porn maybe, like shakespearean porn, Robin Williams said it best; "Elizabeth I shall part you like the Red Sea") until then though i'll stick with Fight Club, Contact, Empire Records, Harold and Maude, 28 Days Later, The Matrix, Club Dread and Boondock Saints.

Television:

Prison Break!! Absolutely the best show on television right now. I dig Heroes too. Dexter is also absolutely intriguing! Usually the networks always seem to pull the shows I fall in love with: Firefly. Dark Angel. Freakylinks. Hhhmmm let's see, Buffy and Angel. Wonderfalls.

Books:

The best books of all time are: Begin to exit here by John Welter. Fear and loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson. Lamb by Christopher Moore and The nights of the Knights of BLVNP (which is still a work in progress) I'm an Inkaholic so just toss a book under my nose and step back. sci fi, fantasy, horror, romance, history, lit-ra-chur... christopher moore, patricia briggs, neal stephenson, jim butcher, kim harrison, michelle sagara west, jennifer crusie, wen spencer, dean koontz, susan elizabeth philips, john welter...please write faster.

Heroes:

Old time sailors who really believed that they would fall off the edge of the world but sailed on anyway. Queen Elizabeth, for not giving up. Francis, for teaching me that there are worse things that can happen to you than dying. And tyler durden for a much needed lesson. let's not forget the other guys either...hitler for showing the world what not to do, eve for being the ultimate rebel, and the pope for preaching against birthcontrol resulting in neglected, abused and thrown away children everywhere.
