I am here for Networking

About Me

I have a great appreciation for life and all the little things that make it worth living. Through all the chaos of day to day living, I still stop and recognize all that I have versus that which I don't. I have perfected the ability to sincerely embrace the friends and family I have been so abundantly blessed with; even when they totally tick me off! I faithfully make Sunday dinner for my family and any friends that stop by, and even if my children don't show up, there is always a place set for them at the table (Brittany). It's a tiny smile that can change a heart. It's all about God, family and friends.

My Interests

Ahh, yes, interests...Well, I'm interested in a close relationship with God, life, people, writing, directing, laughing and trying to maintain a semblance of sanity in order to function in an accaptable manner.

I'd like to meet:

I like meeting all types of people, but I have a profound respect for people who have been a victim of circumstance or deliberate abuse, who then find the courage and strength to turn it around and make themselves better and stronger people. Then there's the underdog that never allowed a situation that was beyond their control to take away their hopes, and desire for a fulfilling future. I enjoy meeting and talking with writers who take the written word and weave them into tales that go beyond the contrived social perimeter of comfortable conversation. I love meeting and talking with young people that have goals, ideas and big dreams and have not allowed themselves to be burned out by the inhumanity of man and forge forward with their passion. I'd also love to have a reunion with all my friends I made when I was a young girl living in Dungarvan Abbyside,Ireland.

Music:

I love almost all music.

Movies:

All movies except slashers or emotionally depleating ones that leave you with no redeeming thoughts.

Television:

no time for TV, but when I do I enjoy Scrubbs, The Office, and though it was cancelled, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Books:

I made my myspace layout using Pimp-My-Profile.com

Heroes:

The little old lady that has lived for seventy years and is now raising her great grand kids so they don't have to go to foster care. The young man who realizes that it may not be cool to do the right thing but does it anyway. The young woman that realizes that an unwanted pregnancy is a burden and an embarrassment, but chooses life and blesses a family that wanted a child with one. Yeah...just everyday heroes that make everyday life extraordinary.
