My Interests

I'd like to meet:

I suppose there are dead people I'd like to meet, but that's kind of moot, isn't it? And as for all the people whom I know are so rockin that I'd love to hang out with them.... I already know them.
So then we come to the people I don't know. Only... most of the people that I know (of) but haven't met are performers. Such as my harem of imaginary/TV/movie boyfriends collected over the years.
But it's mainly the CHARACTER that does it for me. For instance - I totally *heart* Captain Jack Sparrow, but Johnny Depp, not so much.
My current chief wife (or whatever you call the best imaginary boyfriend in your harem) is Sark from ALIAS, but as you may have noticed, neither smoking nor football is on my to-do list, so David Anders's RLGF can have him to herself. (I AM in line for the first clone who they can successfully convince that he really is Sark, though.)
So, I could make a list, but if I really had the opportunity to meet them folks I'm sad to say I would just be wishing I was meeting their characters. (Well... ok, I probably wouldn't mind the chance to feast my eyes though *cough*!)

However, I have to do a little shout-out here "to all mah fav peeps"... my lovey David, stepkids Meaghann & Laurynn, my beloved beagle Penny, Mom, Dad, my producer, my agent, the director... um...wait, wrong list... oh but hi Nad.

Music:

100 portraits, jennifer knapp, bach, dvorak

Movies:

Say it with me - Pirates : Best. Movie. Ever.
* Sound of Music
* Cinderella (Disney)
* Lost Skeleton of Cadavra
* Princess Bride
* Indiana Jones (not temple of doom)
* Star Wars
* Star Wars: A Lost Hope

Television:

I never used to be a TV person, but since I met my husband I have become a couch potato. Dad is going to transfer the nickname Spud Butt from the dog to me if he finds out, so, shhhh!
* We recently discovered ALIAS on DVD and have gone through four seasons in under 2 months. Now if only season 5 would come out!
* longtime CSI G/S 'shipper (CSI:LV is the only REAL CSI)
* I've been wishing they hadn't cancelled Nero Wolfe , and also can be found surfing Animal Planet , Food Network , HGTV and TLC on a regular basis.
Most of the boys on ALIAS are now my new imaginary boyfriends, especially Sark .

Books:

MySpace doesn't have the server space to save my list of books. Hmmm... Jane Eyre, Orson Scott Card , Anne Perry, Tolkien, David Eddings (not the recent stuff), Shannon Hale , Tamora Pierce , Lillian Jackson Braun , LM Montgomery ... I have to get back to work so I'll leave it at that. Basically, I like some of everything, but my main genres are Fantasy/Sci-Fi and Mysteries, plus I like kids books.

Heroes:

Forget heroes... This is now the favorite tv and movie quotes section.
"He's pure dag-nasty evil!"
"Hmm.... I wonder.... Oh well!"
"She's my.... she's my Nadia."
and
"Ramballllldi" (How does he get it to drag out like that?)
"Excuse much, what's your damage?!"
