We did alot of research, joined alot of forums and attended alot of conventions. After purchasing a roaster and testing a variety of beans, we mastered the perfect blend. It's an earthy bold coffee with no acidy aftertaste. When compacted it makes a great espresso, or loosely a great pot of coffee. It's a cup you'll want to enjoy over and over again.
