About Me

I'm from North Carolina, that's the only real heritage I can claim, and I'm proud to. I'm a bit of a mutt with pretty much everything european tied up in the family line somewhere.I moved to California about in February after I graduated from college and took a new job. I've started settling in, but a whole new groove takes a while to wear in. It took actually sitting down and deciding this is my new home for it to be so. But then all of a sudden my job decided I'd be of more use in Maryland, so they moved me here. Don't see myself staying here a real long time, especially 'cause I'm a little disheartened with my job right now. Starting to think it's time to pack my bags and see some more of the world. A long time ago I decided not to worry any more, about pretty much anything. So far it has been working out; there's probably a lot more to go so we'll have to see if that trend can continue.Nevertheless, I decided to pick things to do, not things that are impossible, overly ambitious, or undone; however, generally one or more of the aforementioned qualities are within the tasks I chose. Somehow I still find ways to make these things come true, which at times makes me wonder if one day I'll just wake up from all this. I have a really hard time doing laundry, it always seems to come out dirty 'cause I always leave something in the pocket or try to cram too many things in the machine out of laziness. I've been told I can fix pretty much anything, though at times I'm not so sure, yet at others I believe I can do anything that is physically possible and some that aren't. I like to try to eat things other people don't, like acorns, most of the time I find out why other people don't eat those things. I like to make funny faces in pictures.

My Interests

Kayaking, canoeing, camping, riding motorcycles,Jeeps, and re-building my new-to-me Airstream trailer and just generally being outside.Using my mind to invent new things that really shouldn't exist. Ever heard of a CoolerRacer, don't worry... you will.Turning normal things into more spectacular things.Seeing all the things that there are out there, predominantly the old things, not like your grandmother's under-carraige, but the good old things. Ruins and what not, you know things that are more incredible than disgusting.Oh yeah, and consuming delicious food and beverages.

I'd like to meet:

Somebody else with a Jeep and a desire to see South America. Screw it I'll settle for a truck.People who don't just want to sit around. I get stuck doing that sometimes but I feel like I'm wasting time when I do. I'm pretty much up for anything, and want to meet other people who are as well.I want to find people to go on adventures with me. In my mind any event, small or large can become an adventure, I've met some of the most interesting people in my life just catching a ride somewhere.Anyone who would like to take part in my newest adventure in planning; I'm got a Jeep am fixing it up to go who knows where, and hopefully back home again. Then of course there's the long term goal, I'll need help/riders/etc for this one: Anyone want to see the Northern Lights then go all the way to Tierra Del Fuego? I'm not really sure where the farthest place south you can drive to is, but I want to find out. Seriously, I need a co-driver. Can you read a map? Good grasp of the spanish language is a plus, so is being a hot girl.In conclusion, drinking buddies, travelers and fellow adventurers.

Who know's where they will take me, but the daydreams are all that really keep me going.
