Ahem. Yeah. I'm a Production Designer, I like films, movies, whatever you want to call them. I have different criteria for films- from a professional point of view I can love a film based solely on visual content or just love it as a movie. I'll shut up now and just spit them out in no particular order... Apocalypse Now, Nausicaa, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Donnie Darko, Bladerunner, Alien, City of Lost Children, Royal Tenenbaums, Delicatessen, Amelie, A Very Long Engagement, Born in Brothels, Heart Of Darkness, Stalker, Fight Club, American Beauty, About Schmidt, The 5 Obstructions, Requiem for a Dream, Punch Drunk Love, Magnolia, Frank's Book, Shaun of the Dead, Jacob's Ladder, Full Metal Jacket, Thin Red Line, the look of any Wong Kar Wai film... probably forgetting something really good but, i'll remember eventually. Oh and loads of *bad* movies that LOOK great.
