I will pursue Nature to her hiding place

About Me

Dark, dark! The horror of darkness, like a shroud, wraps me and bears me on through mist and cloud. I like things that are dark and spooky. And for this, I am an outcast, a wierd kid.

Check this out, it's a cool map of everyone who visits this profile:

My Interests

Finding my head, things that are dark and spooky, ghosts, haunted, sad places, the supernatural. Anthropology, history, literature, the Victorian era, weather.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone who shares my interests.

Music:

I like most kinds of music, but I am unfond of country and rap/hip hop music

Movies:

I like dark, scary movies: Nosferatu, Phantom of the Opera, Frankenstein, Bride of Frankentstein, Dracula. Film Noir is very good too. I prefer the classics over modern films, and I especially like silent films.

Television:

I find there is little of value on television except during Halloween time, when alot of old horror movies are on.

Books:

Poe, Irving, Henry James, Shakespeare, Dickens, Tennyson, Joseph Conrad, Bram Stoker, Algernon Blackwood, Hawthorne, Thoureau, Emerson, Virginia Woolf, Mary Shelley, etc. Great 19th century literature and early 20th century literature (Upton Sinclair, Sinclair Lewis, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Hemingway). I also love the poetry of Longfellow. I read alot of nonfiction too.

Heroes:

If you find my head, you're my hero:please send it to Sleepy Hollow Cemetery
