An Introduction to JC McAfee & DC Tryal:
DC Tryal started it's existence in May of 1998. They were a band of many blending influences, but they stayed true to their all-out rock roots. Their members eventually sought different paths in the music field, so JC packed up his talent, gear & fans and moved to Nashville, TN to show the country boys how the hell to rock right & loud! It has turned out to be a great move for JC as he is currently in the studio with Mark Slaughter of Slaughter & Mark is recording AND producing JC's music. It is promising to be an awesome point in JC's career & he looks to be aon a national tour & on national radio within less than 2 years.
John-Claud "JC" McAfee is a lifelong lover of music. He was DC Tryal's vocalist, guitarist and keyboard player and does all of that on his solo CDs now. Raised in Mt. Pulaski, Illinois, he is the co-producer with Mark Slaughter of his new album project,"Learning To Let Go". He double majored in Music Business & International Marketing at SIU-C in Carbondale,IL. He has played with several Nashville,Los Angeles, and Midwest rock & blues artists ,as well as classical music groups,over the years, developing his own original style that he incorporates into his mix.
