There is a pretty good chance that i enjoyed today, uuuwou, if my name was Ben Johnson i would shorten it to B. Jay! LET EM KNOW!!! I believe that the most valuable thing on Earth is a good life, yeah yeah yeah, and that our ultimate goal is to ensure that every child born into this world has a good chance of living one, yaga yo yaga-yay, i think creationism is a mental disability, yagaga ya, i believe in god, haile selassie I, i think fundamentalist athiests can be equally scary as fundamentalist christians or moslems, JAH! I think there are a lot of problems in todays society that could be addressed differently, nuff said, i believe an authority only controls an authorised operation, and any illegal operation can never be controlled. Can never be controlled, can never be controlled, can never be controlled, Jah Know! kids die on bad drugs coz they're illegal, people die trafficking drugs because they are illegal, kids get into crime to pay off debts and whatever, because drugs are illegal. Legalise it man, [I will advertise it] gain control, and every drug dealer will go out of business. I also believe that any authority restricts development in the individual; that whilst we consider an authority before we act, rather than a moral or an ideal, we act on a poisonously animal level. baa baa baa, one love, JAH!!! Why whould we pursue lawfulness and conformity rather than our greatest impulse which is to do good? Obeying authority is betraying the GOD in us, and imposing any authority is a crime to one's own humanity, how can you live a life of meaning whilst betraying the only meaning to live by, to do good? I work at a health food shop, i probably met the weirdest dude in my life there just the other day, I don't like dirty hippies, yaga yagaa yaga, i only like clean ones, wanna let ya know, i dont like people advertising religion on myspace or anywhere on the net, BOOM! i dont like articles labelled "get saved" or any such trash, or any promotion of hate anywhere, if it is in a song with a real sweet beat i can put up with it though. OOOHHHH I!!!! I don't like labels such as Christian, vegetarian, and especially not labels given to children, like ADHD, learning-challenged. REALISE BRADA, ou-u-wou! No Christian is the same in their religous beliefs or their spirituality, politics or any thing on level, no two people share the exact practice of vegetarianism, so whats the point of a label as it incorrectly or fails to define the HUMAN BEING wearing it. BATTY MAN GAN BURN, BOOM! I don't like ads on myspace that make noise, stupid smileys, if they said "eat shit loser" they would be alright though. instead of these things I like music, poetry, headbands, healthy food, free stuff, festivals, stories, books, heaps man. bun da fya! i believe that for every action there is a reaction, that it's more likely the movement of a massive star millions of miles away affects our small lives than our small lives affect massive stars millions of miles away, but in the end everything is relative and all in alignment with the present moment. I dont understand why people dont like goon, its awesome you idiot stop pretending you hate it, i feel it is a shame that critical pedagogy is shunned in today's education system [and that good students are the stupid ones], I will NEVER send my kids to school, I hate the fact that kids are made to do so, i hate the fact that kids are graded, and de-graded. SMOKE GANJA! degrade my kid and you'll regret it, he/she will get you! Why are kids segregated by age? Why does school take up 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, 40 weeks a year, for about 12 years? DID YOU KNOW IT ONLY TAKES 100 HOURS TO BECOME TOTALLY LITERATE AND SELF-TEACHABLE!!! ooooh-ooooh-oooh baby, JAH KNOW!!!! Why do kids go to school younger than 6? Why must a child ask permission to go to the toilet? why is their such thing as homework? Why do kids wear school uniform? why does someone else decide what a kid wants to learn, when they want to learn it and how long they want to learn it for? WHY THE FUCK DO WE ALLOW OUR OWN CHILDREN TO BE TREATED THIS WAY????????????????????
I believe the medium is the message [war against terrorism?], right wing politicians kill people, so do left wing politicians, they say a bird needs two wings to fly, maybe when the bird stops killing people it will take off and soar, i believe a single international government is the way to international peace and happiness, but this government would be like no other we have ever seen, i think communism is the worst direction we can walk, i believe without equality we will never achieve our potential as humans or true freedom, i believe that equality can only be present within a community-based democracy, where each individual has a strong sense of independence. I MAN, I AN I, i believe money was a very good invention, as it improved trade, when money is confused with survivalism, it is a bad practice. I believe taxation could be a great idea if practiced properly, its use should be decided democractically within the community and not dictated by an authority. If everyone within a community was taxed %10 of their income, then 90% of a community's wealth is shared amongst the citizens and 10% is decided collectively on where it is needed most. I think this is better than 100% of the community's money spent democratically amongst the community. I understand that more food = more money for everyone, more resources = more money for everyone, better technology = more money for everyone, i believe progress in all areas is along the road to our ultimate goal, and agriculture, water and green resource production is probably the most important at the moment, nutrition used to be on the list but along came Myron Wentz, ma bredren, with the cure for that, YA MON! I would like the Earth and all it's inhabitants to be properly nourished, I would like to see Myon Wentz's vision realized. My favourite emotion is gratitude, my least favourite is resentment, it is a poison, i believe forgiveness is the cure for most unhappiness, I would rather be overwhelmed by love than hate, i believe happiness and sadness can coexist, but love and hate cannot, and therefore I differentiate between the latter and former pairs of "opposites", as i have never experienced hate and happiness simultaneously, but i have experienced love and happiness, love and sadness, and happiness and sadness. I conclude that love and hate aren't a nondual entity [such as the yin yang], and that hate is therefore completely unnecessary. I believe that once we leave our physical bodies we are purely made of love, i don't believe now is the time for ascetism, i don't believe the only way to happiness is emptiness, if a hermit came to me from the desert and asked for water, i think it would be rude to give him an empty cup [with the opinion that this would make him happy], and I disagree with the Buddhist understanding of Samsara, that this is all our Earth gives us. Wherever a poisonous plant grows the cure grows not too far away, I love Nature! I would rather consult an acupuncturist than a doctor, i believe western medicine is the alternative, i believe cancer can be prevented, i doubt any religion "got it right," I respect that some people lead spiritual lives following a religion, but following a single religion restricts your growth, and learning outside of a religion makes the religion pointless to you, especially when there are notions obviously wrong [i.e. homosexuality as a sin, sexist views, the glorification of killing infidels, the existence of Hell, creationism], religion provides a well for the spiritually starved, but once we are free of that we realise there is an Ocean of wisdom untouched by religion. I don't understand why christians eat meat other than fish, I am confused as to how a Christian can be a racist, I can't fathom any real God or real Angel advising a prophet on the practice of animal slaughter, why should it matter how the animal is killed? I don't see any logic in Halal, I do however like Islam's Call to Prayer 5 times a day, but it will one day be unecessary and even now holds some people back. Prayer should never be compulsory! I don't see the benefit of spending money on incarcerating people and giving a value of time to each particular crime. I-yo!!! Noone wins and noone learns anything. Why should a thief be allowed back into the community after the punishment equivalent to his crime, if he hasnt changed at all, but a murderer who has completely repented and changed is not allowed to see his family, or fulfill a meaningful life the way we all deserve to? what a waste of public resources. I think musicians should be positive, education WOULD be a benefit to our society, and i think we should adopt it, i think we should stop pumping chemicals into our kids, avoiding them, locking them away 6 hours a day, making them do homework and sitting them in front of a tv when there not, we need to stop teaching them to be childish, to shun the weaker and the younger, and to fear and avoid anyone older, rather than learn from them. kids should spend more time in reality, rather than virtual reality. I enjoy conversations about these subjects, hearing about them, learning about them, and playing music:)

Events in Iraq touch us all, because Iraq used to be Mesopotamia, a civilisation that generations of australian school-children have grown up with. You can't end the the troubles in Iraq with a shallow gesture, but you can build a ziggurat from an upside down ice cream conatiner, a margerine container and a match box, and to a child trying to understand why daddy has to go to war, that counts for a lot.
