Movies:

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun is my all time fave...this is a clip from when they are passing out inviations to Natalie's coming out party to all the punks and miscreants they could find. This movie is a classic. It has Sarah Jessica (pre Sex and the City) Shannon Doherty (pre 90210) and Helen Hunt (pre Mad About You). It's packed with all the high energy 80's dance music and frizzy hair you could want!girls just wanna have fun
..Other faves include Heathers, Sixteen Candles, Garden State (I know it's typical), Shawshank Redemption, The Sweetest Thing, Donnie Darko, Blow, IQ, Pleasantville, Secretary, Stranger than Fiction, Swingers, League of Their Own....shoot I'll finish this list later!After many failed attempts (people who know me, know I have a problem falling asleep in movies) I finally saw American Gangster and it was pretty great. That Denzel...what a talent he has, hehe. No but really it was long, but engaging and very well done. Fantastic acting...interesting plot...good dialogue...realistic! ...all in all I give it a 9.

Television:

I watch a lot of TLC: What Not to Wear is probably my fave show, but I also like LA Ink...Kat Von D, Hell Yeah! I am also a fan of Bear Grylls. What a man. I actually saw him take off all of his clothes in sub-zero temperatures and do push ups to raise his body temp. Impressed! I'm also a foodie, so the Food Network is on a lot, oh and that Curtis from Take Home Chef can come home and cook a meal for me anytime he wants!!

Books:

Right now I'm reading Out of the Mouths of Babes...cute quips and quotes oh and we have this great coffee table book called Get Laid, Lose Weight, Find God...if you come over check it out!
