BUY MUSIC HERECRUCIAL ROOTS was born and raised on the island of Kauai in the Hawaiian Islands. He is also known as RUFF JR. because he is RUFF'S nephew and protoge`, and is deemed to carry on the torch into the future of Ruff Riddims Production's roster and catalog. He is the original guitar player for New Flavor Reggae and has toured the country and shared the stage with the likes of Inner Circle, Prezident Brown, Boom Shaka, John Browns Body, B.E.T., Marty Dread, and Fiji just to name a few. In his early twenties, Crucial Roots has had a major schooling in the music business from RUFF at a very young age and has already been featured on a few compilation cd's before he even decided to go solo. Now his spiritual beliefs in Rastafari have given Crucial Roots a whole new outlook on life and he sings and Dj's with a positive message!
