About Me

Amos Miller has produced tracks for nearly all of Seattles hip hop and R&B talent, including Piece, Choklate, Silent Lamb Project and Vitamin D. In 2005 he produced a track featuring Def Jam recording artist Bone Crusher and collaborated with R&B vocalist Choklate, resulting in the song "Heavy" on her self-titled album which was released on Kajmere Sound in 2006. 2006 was a busy year for Amos producing two full length albums, Lovework by Gabriel Teodros and the solo debut from the soulful voice of Toni Hill, due out in 2007. Amos also performs as the resident keyboard player at Jumbalaya, Seattles notorious weekly hip-hop/soul improv night. He also writes piano compositions, utilizing his musicality as a band director while working hard in the studio producing quality music.
Amos' path has led him to believe in the importance of empowering youth to use music as their vehicle for social change. He has worked with inner city youth since 2000, fusing his love for music with his desire to give back to the community. In 2001 he started a hip-hop music program at Rotary Boys and Girls Club in Seattles Central District. Since then, many arts organizations have contracted Amos to be the lead facilitator for their inner city CD recording projects solidifying his talents as a producer and positive youth mentor.
