I am here for Friends

About Me

I’m not much of a writer; prefer talking and being there. It takes me forever to write and it feels like I’m sending smoke signals.

So what am I doing here? It’s a great place to find good music, artists that I’d not get a chance to discover any other way and to stay updated on some of my all-time favorite ones. I like art in general and it’s a good place for that too.
Temptation in the Sahara - Marie-France Leroyer
Journey - Annemette Mylund

Music is essential for me, listening, having a soundtrack in my life. From the possible alternatives that I’ve evaluated for my “mid-life” crisis such as classic convertible, Triumph motorcycle, younger woman or playing guitar, I’ve chosen the latter. It seems to provide me with all the entertainment that I need while being relatively low maintenance. So I play guitar, ok more like play with guitar; Recently I lost my acoustic to my daughter; but the up side gives us another thing to bond. Currently I'm in a procees of loosing my electric too - thanks Simple Pretty...

I love my daughter more than anything else. We live together since my divorce, her choice and I’m grateful for this blessing – she keeps me grounded. I do whatever I can to support her in reaching her goals; often however, I do what works best - getting out of her way.

I enjoy meeting creative people; I collect paintings, sculpture, Native American crafts and country antiques; I like woodworking and restoring antiques.

I believe that life is full of magic, there is a purpose to everything and there is always more to learn and to experience; spirituality is important part of my life, but so is duality and appropriateness. Choice is a wonderful thing.
Breathe - Sam Hogg

My professional life has a lot of intensity; I like it that way; there is travel, creative projects, interaction with interesting people, problems to be solved and an opportunity to make a difference. High Tech can be a lot of fun.
So far the journey's been good and the ride a lot of fun. I could do with less wear and tear but it’s a small thing. Whatever pain was there it was mostly self-inflicted or enhanced by avoidance. I want to self-realize and to use my gifts to their fullest potential. I love being able to help others to do the same.

"The bond that links our true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life" Richard Bach – Illusions
