I write what i like. the music i perform and record is the music i'd like to listen to. i hope it has the same effect on you. i have not and never will claim i am the best, or better than anyone else, at guitar, drums, vocals, or any other musical instrument or musical style.
(AS OF MARCH 2007, I AM PART OF A FULL PIECE BAND CALLED "GODFED STATIC", BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO CREATE MUSIC AND PUT IT ON MY PAGE.) hey, for professional reasons i'd prefer you call me letzter. i used to be joshua charette, he died. i'm kind of a one-man-band if you had to say, as i recorded everything on my site completely by myself. i used to be the drummer for the now non-existent band SUREAL, and I now am the lead guitarist for the band GODFED STATIC. I play guitar, drums, and bass and i just recently put up my first song with vocals. i've had over one hundred hours of studio experience and was the drummer for my high schools jazz band for 4 years. i've played drums for 10 years now and have been seriously playing guitar for about 3 1/2 years or so (you can add a day to that starting today which is May 17 2009). my unique and partially uncharted style has turned a few heads, including my own. who would have thought, that in a time of a lot of similar bands, that i would be able to think outside the box and just do something new and original. it's what i've strived to do and its what i love to do, and you'll never find anything you've heard before here. i've had lots of support from numerous people. my parents, my friends, my piers, and all you guys have pushed me to where i am now. i am a member of the Mr. E Media group and he has helped me and many others to reach their true potential and do what they truly love to do, create art in all forms and styles. i hope you stick around and take the time to listen to my songs and new songs are added as soon as i finish them, which is an indefinite amount of time, but i wont leave you hanging. you've read all the way to the end i thank you. stay true to the music and yourself. -letzter geist
