I am adventurous, like to explore new things and I really enjoy traveling.
I can be found anywhere from the city to the beaches to the mountain, enjoy all.
I like entertaining at home and drinks with friends more than going to clubs (and if I do do the club thing I will usually need an afternoon nap, lol).
Staying home, play a game, movie or just talking.Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile...... Life may not be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we should dance....

I'd like to meet:
Looking for new and old friends and for a man who does not think with his dick and f@#* with my head.
I tend to gravitate towards people who are consistent, like-minded, and make me feel good. Overall quality people.
Would like to go offline with a man I could look forward to coming home to at the end of a hard day and share a mutual friendship as well as a relationship. Looking to settle down, but not just settle.
The man of my dreams should be charming, punctual, tall, rich, funny, sexy, good-looking, smart, romantic, warm, sweet, sincere, sensitive, clever, athletic, kind, generous and call me back when I hang up on him, who can lie under the stars and not say a word or trying a thing, be willing to feed me hand-dipped chocolate strawberries in bed for the rest of my life, and will turn to his friends and say "that's him".
Seriously now, I'd like to meet a man that is not judgmental or controlling. Strong, but gentle and sensitive, but not a push over. He must be responsible, loyal, drama free, low maintenance, well balanced and confident (confidence is so sexy - arrogance is NOT), eclectic. Oh and I almost forgot, I appreciate a man with a dirty mind and sometimes a potty mouth, lol. He must believe in himself. Chemistry is very important. If we got it, the possibilities are endless. I feel there are four types of chemistry:
PHYSICAL ... generates ... DESIRE
EMOTIONAL .. generates .. AFFECTION
MENTAL ... creates ... INTEREST
SPIRTUAL ... creates ... LOVE
I like good conversation (I feel communication is very important in maintaining a good healthy relationship) and welcome different opinions and can agree to disagree, lol. I like a guy that I can appreciate for what he is, not what he has, wears or earns. I tend to like to take things slow (and let the relationship grow into whatever it was destined to be). I am not afraid of commitment, I have been in two relationships in my lifetime, one was 16 years and the other was 5 years. I like a man that knows who he is and what he wants from life as well as a partner - a man that can roll with the punches. We all have goals, plans and dreams, but we have to remember life is always changing.
Some ask what is my "type" ? When I meet him I will know, lol. My thing is, don't tell me - show me, lol.....................
Please note: If you change your personality and/or opinions for the group of the moment and/or have more luggage than a healthy bellhop can carry - we aren't going to get along.
AND THE MEN I DO NOT WANT TO MEET: (please see blog)
~I love sayings, quotes, bumper stickers, lol, here are a few and there are some archived in a blog above.
~True love does not come by finding the perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly.
~If at first you do not succeed, failure just may be your style
~A good man is hard to find, but a hard man is good to find
~The key is having just the right attitude and enough gratitude..

Kevin Durst's love of architecture, landscape, history, photography and trivia is eloquently brought together in his first book, "Glitter That Was Once Gold"
“ A terrific read about the various families that were the power brokers during the turn of the 20th century. If you enjoy walking the grounds of Caumsett State Historic Park, Bayard Cutting Arboretum, or Old Westbury Gardens, you will certainly find the stories about these Long Island millionaires fascinating†www.sitessential.com
