Music is a big part of my life, if I'm not listening to it, I'm playing it. Movies, books, friends, meeting new people, art shows, coffee houses, museums, art galleries, nightclubs, dancing (another passion of mine), poetry, and of course CUTE BOYS! I love boy watching!! :)
Lets start with a brain, social skills, manners, and some uniqueness. My friends are such a vast array with different backgrounds...but all with one thing in common...a love of life and a life of love. I'm tired of mindless conversation and chatter, forget "dumbing down". Anyone real, sincere, patient, honest, and open-minded...if that exists. A person so genuine that I dont have to find excuses to call them, because they had my number in their pocket ten minutes ago. People who are comfortable with themselves in every aspect, and dont care what other people around them think about them...but that they think at all.
Tori Amos, Bjork, Tool, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Tiesto, Rage Against the Machine, Violent Femmes, Missy Elliott, Lil Kim, Bob Marley, Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac, Jem, Melissa Etheridge, Al Greene, Ani DiFranco, The Killers, PJ Harvey, Poe. What can I say, I'm ecclectic!
Waiting to Exhale, How Stella Got Her Groove Back, Donnie Darko, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sister Acts I & II, The Queen of the Damned, The Dark Crystal, The Queens of Comedy, The Kings of Comedy, All three Margaret Cho movies, Anything horror.
I'm a dork, when I watch TV...its either The Shield, Southpark, CSI: SVU, L&O, or I tune into the Discovery Channel or the History Channel.
Wicked - The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West, Queen of the Damned, Pandora, Lasher, Light Before Day
Sappy but true....my mom is my hero. She's the only one in my life that has shown me the skills to survive the good, and the ugly while keeping it all together on the outside.
