No he's a berry. He's Jerry the Berry...... Perry

About Me

"We are the music makers, we are the dreamers of the dreams." - Gene Wilder as Willy Wonka - NOT Johnny Depp. This is the funniest alan partridge clip, I seen it about a million times and it's still funny. .. width="425" height="350" .... My Interests

"Music is my life, but not all of my life is music." (yoinked from some clever person) I love hills and beaches and nature and learning new things and spontanaeity and travelling and beer and philosophy and penguins and being alone and being with lots of people and watching Sex and the City in French and reading and driving a long way and being outside of West Sussex. I love Paris, without doubt my favourite city in the world...so far. "An artist has no home in Europe, except in Paris" Nietzsche

I'd like to meet:

Justin Lee Collins and Handy Andy off Changing Rooms

Music:

Too much music. Stevie Wonder, Stevie Wonder, Stevie Wonder, Beach Boys, The Jam, Pixies, Pink Floyd, Alison Kraus & Union Station, Oasis, Stone Roses, Dodgy, Badly Drawn Boy, Staple Singers, John Legend, RHCP, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Dinah Washington, The Who, Ben Folds, Janis Joplin, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Crowded House, Muddy Waters, James Taylor, Rory Gallagher, Robert Johnson, Massive Attack, Kool & the Gang, Jackson 5, Tower of Power, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Buckley, Harvey Danger, Jack Johnson, The Fratellis, Gorillaz, Graeme Coxon, Otis Redding, Steven Fretwell, Air, Zero 7, The Feeling, Kooks, The Automatic, Isley Brothers, Kinobe, Lily Allen, Black Eyed Peas, The Clash, Dirty Pretty Things, Cord, Liam Frost and the Slowdown Family, Hard- Fi, Bloc Party, Arctic Monkeys, Guillemots, Gomez, Neil Young, Babyshambles, Primal Scream, Johnny Cash, Dire Straits, Lightning Seeds, Blur, The Kinks, Ray Charles, Daf and The Police, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Richard Cheese, Edith Piaf, The Verve and Stevie Wonder again. And lots of stuff which I'm sure I've forgotten. Loving jazz and big band... "For there's Basie, Miller, Satchmo and the king of all Sir Duke." I just like all the music, quite a lot. It's wicked.

Movies:

Shaun of the Dead, I have seen it many many times. "He's got an arm off!" Team America, Withnail & I, Monty Python, Lion King, Ice Age, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (old one), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Ray, Alfie, the Saw films, Ghostbusters, Amelie, Human Traffic, Forrest Gump, Life of David Gale, Layer Cake, 24 Hour Party People, Land Before Time and Legends of the Fall.

Television:

Don't watch TV, only Hollyoaks. I'm addicted, it's cutting edge stuff. I've recently rekindled my lifelong passion for F1, Schumacher has retired so it's safe to go back in the water. Also BTCC. I am going to have Leon Haslam's babies. I'd like to watch the cricket on the telly but our Sky has gone rubbish and I can't. I have DVDs of Peter Kay which I could watch over and over all day long and they're still funny. Max&Paddy's Road to Nowhere, Phoenix Nights, That Peter Kay Thing. Also Black Books, Stella Street, Derek & Clive, Top Gear Box Set, Mitchell and Webb Situation, Mighty Boosh, Scrubs, League of Gentlemen, Green Wing, Peep Show, Brass Eye, Only Fools and Horses, Alan Partridge, Smallville, The Day Today, Look Around You, My Name is Earl and Monkey Dust. "Mr Hoppy!"

Books:

Best book in the world -in my opinion- is The Godfather by Mario Puzo, for this reason I can't watch the film. Currently reading Margrave of the Marshes by John Peel. I started it ages ago, but I've just realised that it's really funny and not boring like Bob Dylan's autobiography. (controversial!)

Heroes:

My hero is Stevie Wonder. He is the king. .. width="425" height="350" .. I also have a lot of respect for Ray Mears and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. If only it was that simple.....
