David Rivera

Born in 1986, david discovers the electronic music during the year 2000. He begins to follow the italian nightlife and then he visits the most important european festivals,such as the Love Parade and the famous Berlin's Tresor.He understands the magical feeling between the Dj and the crowd. Soon he buys his own consolle, playing electro music in CENTRALINO CLUB, MATILDA and HENNESY. Growing up, he begins to appreciate new sounds, most of all the one played by Richie Hawtin. David changes deeply his style, playing now minimal techno with detroit and techouse influences. Thanx to this attitude, David plays in other important clubs: MATRIX, ULTIMO IMPERO, PRIVILEGE, ARCHIVOLTO and his sets have been also transmitted by the world-famous SUNSHINE RADIO, always present at the european electronic events. Now David plays with Turntables, FX and Final Scratch technology, between classic Dj set and a Liveset. In 2006 appears a project called Die Avantgarde: David and Paul Bahn (myspace.com/paulsgotbass) playing back 2 back and trying to find out new sounds and styles, between minimal and techno, from acid sounds to the hardest neapolitan grooves. Die avantgarde played in clubs such as ARCHIVOLTO (AL), PRIVILEGE (To) and MINIMAL EXPLOSION (Bs). Incomincia a frequentare la nightlife italiana e col tempo incomincia a girovagare in europa alla ricerca dei festival piu ambiti. Dopo aver frequentato la Love Parade e il Tresor viene affascinato in particolar modo dal feeling che c'era tra il pubblico e il Dj. Nel giro di poco tempo acquista la sua prima consol,incomincia a far girare dischi elettro-electroclash dove propone la sua musica presso club come il CENTRALINO(To). il MATILDA (To),l'HENNESY CLUB (To). Crescendo incomincia ad apprezzare nuove sonorità e stili,uno su tutti RICHIE HAWTIN. Cambia radicalmente lo stile di David trasformandosi piu acido e piu ritmico,incomincia a proporre musica Minimale con influenze su su Tech-house e Detroit. Il suo nuovo stile lo premia facendo conquistare date in locali apprezzati come: il MATRIX CLUB (Bs),l'ULTIMO IMPERO (Cn),il PRIVILEGE (To) ARCHIVOLTO (Al) e la sua musica viene passata in radio precisamente alla Sunshine-Radio,emittente radiofonica apprezzata in tutto il mondo per essere presente ai migliori festival d'europa trasmettendo in Streaming.David Rivera suona Decks 'n' Fx con tecnologia Final Scratch 2.0 e Laptop quasi a rendere estremamente reale un Dj ad un Live Set.Nel 2006 inizia il progetto Die Avantgarde, in italiano L'Avaguardia, composto da Paul Bahn & David Rivera, che esibendosi in Back To Back sperimentano nuove sonorita e stili dalla minimale piu acida a quella piu dura,dallo stile made in Napoli ai Groove piu cattivi,e ciò gli ha permesso di esibirsi al PRIVILEGE (To) ARCHIVOLTO (AL) e MINIMAL XPLOSION (Bs) In fase di sperimentazione e creazione le nuoVE tracce di Die Avantgarde.
