Commonism is an art/culture/music etc. online zine whose purpose is to try and unify the SF, LA, and OC D.I.Y. scenes since there is an unnecessary gap that should be closed; especially given the present postmodern climate. With enough people involved through design, interviews, promotion, and ‘research’ it could really morph into a good thing. Whether it be a hub for people to spring off of artistically or a tool to promote something positive in culture, or just to unify people through a common interest. I think it has lots of potential in all these areas and with some work could be a really great addition to society.
