Hi there! I'm a recent graduate of the Landscape Architecture program at Cal Poly, SLO and no. . .I don't know what's wrong with your lawn. Im presently in Paraguay, South America serving as an environmental education volunteer. I'm particularly interested in researching the manner by which collective cultural memory manifests itself in the landscape. In addition, I'm also interested in researching how immigrants transfer their cultural norms to a foreign country in terms of the built environment. I also consume large quantities of tereré and maté (yerba).
I can already see that the way I define my personal history is going to be life before the peace corps and life after the peace corps. If anyone out there is thinking of joining, dont wait. The best time is now.
