History
Established in Beaver Creek, Colorado 2001 Team Manwhore started out as a group of broke Swedes snowboarding in the Rockies. During one of our usual bar rumbles the idea to sell ourselves, in order to make rent, was born. This “joke†soon became a name we sprayed on our boards. The first stickers and t-shirts were made by hand and were of the worst quality money could buy.
Once back from our seasons in Colorado we spent the summer editing “Avon Confidentialâ€, our first snowboard video. For some reason it never got worldwide distribution. So once that backfired we were forced to make some more clothes. However we were to fucking lazy and went to France to ride instead. After a few months in France we were broke again. Tired of cheap wine, the shit stained walls of our mini apartment (the riding was nice) we decided to go home and be creative instead.
Born under a highly intoxicated period it has taken several years to perfect our mission but now at least we are on the way…
