About Me

One of my favorite scriptures is found in 1 Peter 2:15, it says 'it's God will that your good lives should silence those who make foolish accusations against you.' Though I'm not there yet, to live like this is my goal in life.

I'm happily married to the man that was born for me! My passions (not counting Jesus and my family which come first, OF COURSE!)are music and fitness. I LOVE doing hair also! Music--deep sigh--all kinds. From blues (my favorite) to R & B or punk (my least favorite). It's especially great live. I love the arts actually--performing arts, wall art (well!! what else do you call it?! ha ha), even photography and design. I AM a hairstylist after all. My perception of me may not be the same as others. I see me as being quirky, creative, a little left of center. I also see me as being open minded and I'm beginning to realize that God loves EVERYONE as much as he loves me! Wow, what an epiphany. So who am I to judge someone else's habits, personality, words? If God doesn't have a problem w/it, then I guess I don't either! You cannot believe how liberating this awakening has been. Wow, we serve an amazing God.

It's always fun meeting people like me. Sometimes I think 'whoa, she's really out there' ha ha ha

My top friends are special ones: Jesus, of course, numba 1 in my life! First baby Emily, Third baby Sydney, and Kelly's band.

Music:

I'm loving on all these cool bands that hard rock stations play and I find out they are christians! Heck yeah.
Some of my favorite artists are: Stevie Ray, Pat McGee Band, Counting Crows, Kutless, Sister Hazel, 30 Seconds To Mars, 10 Years, Incubus, Audioslave, Thousand Foot Krutch, Dave Matthews, Joss Stone, All Together Separate. Some I really DON'T like: Guns n Roses, Alien Ant Farm, Metallica, Brittany Spears, Rihana, Point of Grace, 4Him.

I'm not really a movie person, but I do like spy flicks. All the James Bond and Jason Bourne movies especially.

I hardly ever watch tv now that Alias is off.

Books:

The bible is the one I read the most. Maybe someday I'll start acting like I read it. Since we got internet I've read like, 3 books, LOL!

Heroes:

My hero is my faithful husband, he makes me proud to call him mine. And I want to be like Sydney Bristow when I grow up.
